It arrived and left on time, arrived slightly late but that was due to some traffic.
No one sat in their assigned seating and some passengers didn’t seam to want to give up the seat next to them with their bag on it, because it was a full bus it was a bit yucky and squishy. Also the bus driver didn’t even try to help me put my suitcase in the under storage,

Is my first time and we decided to celebrate my friends birthday in San Diego by taking the train out there. We arrived around 10:20am on August 16th Wednesday, and our train was delayed for more than 30 minutes, when we called Amtrak they said that the train had problems and it was leaving Los Ángeles late; that train got canceled and they accommodate us in the next train for 11:49am, well, train 572 a minute before arriving to Anaheim station got stopped due to a trespasser incident (the train was delayed and not even once we got a customer assistance, no employees were working at the ticket booth and over the phone the employees didn’t have and current answer for our questions. Many people where frustrated as the train keep delaying and no one from Amtrak knew what was going on. We decided to cancel our reservations round trip. We never made it to San Diego, we end up driving in my car to Laguna Beach. Overall very bad customer experience, stations are outdated and the intercom system as well.
