I booked a bus from pretoria, we were then shuttled to Joburg Parkstation were the shuttle was not allowed to drop us on the platform so we had to walk from where we were dropped off to the platform where we had to wait for the bus for an hour if not more. this whole time it's raining and cold. Had I wanted to board at parkstation I wouldve made a booking for that. I left Joburg to go board in Pretoria only to be taken to Joburg to board there.

They made us wait for 3 hours outside at park station for another bus that came and needed to be fixed before the departure. We stood in the cold and I arrived after 20:00 instead of 17:00
