Bus Tickets from Potchefstroom to Cape Town

What I only enjoy is the time of the bus arrival and what I did not like is the bus was cold and the service was slowly the toilets were messed up

The driver got his drivers license from a toys luckypacket almost crashed several times stopped for 2 hours because the lights were broken, horrible service I only rate 1 star because I can’t rate any less

Poor customer service and not prepared to make customers their first priorities……long distance buses have to be checked by mechanics before they leave to any trips to see whether the bus can be able to handle long distance trips..we can’t be on the road and the bus be fixed as welll that’s impossible

The bus was suppose to depart from potchefstroom at 7:45 but arrived after 1 hr late and we had a breakdown just after Worcester we stayed there for hours only arrived in Cape Town at 4pm instead we of 12:15

All of a sudden they have eagleliner sticker. Arriving late and taking long stops as a result we got to Cape town 3 hours later than scheduled time. No longer the bus I know

It was bad, there was no update hence it was the first time travelling with it. I didn't know when to go to the shop, when bus stop I see shops went to the bottom deck I find doors not opened I didn't know the destination stop it was dark didn't know those places have to border other in people asking where is Bellville stop💔. People sleeping other wearing earpot 😭 have to bother them 😭

The bus was late, but an explanation was giver and apology made. The bus was clean and passengers were friendly. The drivers did an excellent job keeping us safe.

The bus driver decided to leave an hour earlier.I waited 3 hours for the bus, when I later phoned the company and they told me to reschedule my ticket. The bus driver didn't notify me at all and wasn't even bothered if I missed the bus.Very unhappy with their service...

The seats were very uncomfortable, and we barely had stops and this caused serious injury to my back sitting a long period of time for a long distance ride.
