For a foreigner unfamiliar with the system, I was in the dark about the stops we were making: no clear information was posted (video screen not working?) and no announcements were made. One could easily get off at the wrong stop by mistake. Also, bus was old, worse for wear... and with poor ventilation: freezing at the start of the trip, then overheated in the middle of the night.

The information about luggage was misleading and stressful. There was no over head locker and even if there had been we were not given the dimensions . Also the loader made a comment about the size of our case, standard for airline travel and weighting 18kg but the information stated max 30kg and dice not important but another gave a maximum which we were well within. The journey was as quick and acceptabl Comfortable. Our seats were downstairs at the front right in front of the flashing sign telling us who the driver was and our speed. Not really important for passengers. Also ghastly movie on the screen right in front of us. However, for the price, efficient travel arrived early.

Buses Fierro met my expectations but there is room for improvement. No one wants to watch a violent movie late at night when everyone is trying to sleep. The light and sound of the movie kept me awake. Also, we arrived to our destination an hour later than planned. Overall, the trip was fine.

I missed the bus because the bus station screen said the bus was delayed for an hour and a half after the bus had already left. When I finally found the office to ask them about the bus they told me it left on time and they couldn't do anything for me because the problem with the screen was not their fault. The man said he could only get me a bus 24hrs later, which would have meant that I would have missed 1 of my 2 1/2 days of my trip. He didn't offer to help me find another way to get there at all or seem apologetic about the situation. In the end I had to buy two more bus tickets to get to my destination.
