Cruz del Sur receives positive feedback for its comfortable and spacious seating, efficient check-in process at the terminal, and appreciated security measures such as luggage checks. Passengers also commend the pleasant driving skills of the driver. However, there are mentions of non-functional GPS screens and lack of Wi-Fi during trips.

The seats were extremely comfortable. They could fully recline and had a lot of leg room. Temperature on the bus was good. Despite a language barrier between us and the staff in the terminals (us not speaking great Spanish and them not speaking great English), they still managed to help us drop our bags off in the right place and go to the right gate. The only criticism we have is that our bags came out of the bus very dirty, but that cannot be helped too much.

Honestly Cruz del sur is nice company with good employees. But, need to care every passengers. During my trip, one old lady keep inferred my back seat. Keep prevent to lying me down. I know she didn't want to lying down. Of course her space was very small due to my back seat. But it is her problem not me. It was night bus from 10 pm to 6 30 am. Every other passengers was lied down as usual. Please!! Notice every passengers to do not disturb others like stupid.
