The bus time was accurate, however, the condition of the bus was not welcoming. It was cold with no heaters and windows are not proper to restrict cold air from entering.

While everything from staff to hygiene to speed was superb, the bus needs to arrive on time. In addition, if there was a problem, customers need to be made aware than wait in ignorance.
