First of all,my trip on the Intercape Mainliner,can't be rated because that bus broke down and there was a 3 hour delay,I had to use Big Sky.
The Big Sky bus was a lot smaller than other buses that I've used,but the port for charging my phone was easily accessible.
I appreciate that the drivers tagged my luggage and did not lose it.

Drivers don’t really know how to handle a situation on top of that , the bus was very late … we had to do stop and go because the lights were not working and there were trying to fix it… no communication whatsoever on the bus being late .. poor service
