Booking online was easier, but arriving 3 hrs later was tiring and an inconvenience. The bus was not ryt, and its risky to carry lives in a bus that stops in the middle of the road. Never again will I use intercape.

The bus was 10 hours late and the the office lady was very rude and unprofessional and when we got hold of the supervisor he was also very rude ,when we got the bus it had bugs ,cockroaches very big ones

I was supposed to leave Joburg at 19:00pm but i didn't travel coz the bus came at 23:00pm and leave Park Station at 03:00am to Qumbu and remember i was supposed to be at Qumbu at 07:26am so that i can attend the unveiling but i decided to cancel that trip and iam very disappointed and no more using it.
