I enjoyed my trip from Eastern Cape to Pretoria. Firstly I loved that the bus arrived exactly on time at pick up point I also love the gesture of someone checking up on us through the night. I was able to fall asleep.

The bus was delayed with 1 hour 30 minutes again like the last time I booked it. When it arrived it was not Intercape,it was Sky what what with broken chairs,broken charging ports.

The Bus does not deserve to carry passengers, no service, bad driving and the bus stopped from 4am to 10am because it was broken, we had to find transportation from Joburg to Pretoria, it could not pick me up from Qumbu but I was informed at 1pm to travel to Mt Frere as it doesn't stop in Qumbu. Worst experience and the owner did not seem to care.
