The bus was stinking so bad… it was even licking everywhere our journey was something else even the drivers were rude telling us we mustn’t seat at the back cause it’s their seats to rest..eventually they was saying we must seat on the wet seat and that we paid fully like they were dam rude wasn’t happy at all and I was with a child

On Monday 18/11/2024 i boarded the bus from Klerksdorp to East london at 15:20. We departed at 15:30. The trip to King Williams town was very pleasant and we arrived there at 02:50. On arrival, there was no shuttle to pic us up and transport to East London. The bus driver had to phone, only to be told that no one has left yet. At 4:30 the shuttle arrived. I got on the shuttle, whereafter the driver drove so fast. I arrived in East London at 5:30. This resulted that the people who had to pick me up was late for their appointments, so was I. This is unexceptable. The bus was delayed while it was waiting for the shuttle, and everyone else who had to be at a specific place and timr. This is very unprofessional
