The bus arrived after 4hours ,no apologies and one driver was very rude and he even said he is prepared to fight with one of us.The APM need to teach its drivers customer service. APM should also notify its passengers if their bus is gonna be late with so many hours.The train station is not safe.

I am very disappointed our bus departure was at 16:30 and we were told that there was no bus to Cape Town, they expected us to go back and come back the next day, after insisting to get a bus - they told us there is a bus coming from Port Elizabeth that will arrive at 20:00, We waited after 20:00 we were told that we will be transferred to a MPA bus that will come at 22:00 we continued to wait and the bus eventually arrived at 00:30, As I am writing this review we are still on the road just past MosselBay our arrival time was supposed to be 06:30 with the initial bus, however with this one the estimated time of arrival will be 12:30 - 13:00 I have already missed a day at work and now I am introuble with my employer.
