Bus from Durban to Lenasia: Tickets & Timetables

I simply hated the whole trip as the bus brake pads was burining and the fumes were really bad made me feel nausea the whole trip, the trip was delayed supposed to reatch my stop at 5 20 pm, only arrived after 7, there was no toilet facility and there was a pregnant women on board overall the bus wasnt comfy as it was a shuttel bus.

I was waiting in a line for the bus trip going to Lenasia. I then made sure by asking one of the employees if I was in the right line. He then took me to a different bus ( a bus going to Vereeniging). Upon reaching Vereeniging I was asked ' why am I not jumping off?' to which I conveyed my situation. The bus driver was rude to me and told me I didn't hear properly, however I was brought to the bus by someone who worked with Intercity Xpress and the bus driver kept telling me it was my fault. He did take me to Lenasia but he was rude. I am unfortunately still traumatised as this was my first trip with intercity Xpress.

We had to switch buses at some point and carry our own luggage from on bus to the other

The journey was fair. There wasn't much communication though with the staff. If there's a lack of sufficient communication it then makes it difficult for a first time passenger who doesn't know the place he/she is visiting for the first time. The seats did not have the attached mini table that accommodates the food and beverage.

Yooohhhh had to wait 3 hours at Heildberg because of overload, I got late for my meeting

The buses are very clean,comfortable and drivers are also neat,the only concern was time i landed an hour later but overall i enjoyed my rides
