The bus didn’t leave me at my destination which was at ENgcobo Town, I heard about the taxi strike happening there and I contacted the Intercape office because I wanted to cancel my trip they told me I shouldn’t worry the bus will reach my destination which did not, I had to pay more money because I had to ask for a lift from a Cofimvaba to eNgcobo and the drivers addressed the matter in a rude manner

There’s nothing that I enjoyed, toilet was dirty. We also got Stucked for 6 hours waiting for another bus from Cape Town. The service was very very poor I’m disappointed.
