The drivers were very nice...I lost something on the bus and don’t know how to get it back but the traffic made us an hour late...I wasn’t impressed with the busses though...they were dirty,cold (Heat wasn’t working properly on the bus to Philadelphia) and they over booked the bus...I almost didn’t have a seat!!!
