When I booked I was unaware of what I consider to be a deceptive description. I booked an origin city of Puerta Vallarta. Turns out the bus terminal was in Nueva Nayarit. When I got to bus terminal 45 minutes early I showed my ticket to sales agent & she told me where the bus would be coming in. I had a time of 3:40 & when bus did not arrive then I showed my ticket to the security person & he said bus would be there at 4. When the bus arrived at 4 I was told my ticket was not valid as that bus had already left & this bus was going to Mexico City. I then went back to original ticket & she explained to me I was at wrong terminal & I had to buy another ticket, which did & just made the 4:00 bus. So I paid twice. I’m not happy as looking at the ticket it says Puerta Vallarta when in fact the bus terminal is either in Nueva Vallarta or Nuevo Nayarit.

The bus was fine. I didn't realize there was an express bus but that's my fault. My first bus trip in Mexico.

Bus did not smell very nice. Smelled like the toilet haven't been cleaned for a while. My seat fell back on it on and I couldn't bring it back up. The buses are very old and dated.
