I got sick at the Graal. Our Bus driver and the police officer on board were absolutely amazing. They assisted me and made sure my ride further was comfortable

They didn’t check my ticket properly and allowed me to get on a bus in the complete wrong direction. It was stressful and added 18 hours to my journey.

the buses are very nice, great seats, friendly drivers; only issue was that we left Rio late

The bus arrived late and instead of departing at 9am. We left at 10:25. The 10am bus left before us!!

I enjoyed the comfort if the that reclined as a full flat bed. Checkin and boarding were smooth. Air conditionning was high but I anticipated this and weared a sweat shirt. It was a night trip and I coud only partially sleep because of the noise from the air conditionning and the bus but globally I enjoyed the trip.

The bus left on time (just 5 minutes later than scheduled) and arrived 20 minutes later than expected, but there were a lot of construction along the highway

Very comfortable bus, on time but please, stop with the air conditioning! It was so so so cold I couldn't sleep I was frozen.

I was over 2 hours late and missed my flight which has cost me a further 3500 Brazilian reals plus I have missed work. A tough pill to swallow.

I was very dissatisfied. We had over a 2 hour stoppage that we have no idea why. It caused us to miss our connecting bus to Tatui.

Easy storage and good security for checked baggage. Long journey but enjoyable due to comfy seats. Love how boarding procedures are so systematic and that bus arrived and departed on time.

Terrible. Bus broke down. Took about one hour to replace that bus. Hardly no communication to the customers with updates.

The journey was horrendous. First of all when we arrived at the bus station there was no information on any of the boards as to where the bus departs, none of the station staff were able to tell us where the bus departed so we were running around asking people until we eventually found people getting the same bus…Not that we would have missed it because it arrived 40 minutes late. We then proceeded to lose more and more time over the journey, with the driver stopping for 30minutes despite the delay. There was very little traffic and we arrived over 2 hours late. This caused us to be late to the airport and almost miss our flight. My partners seat on the bus was also broken so it moved all the way back whenever he rested on it. There was also no wifi on the bus as advertised. Do not use flixbus.

We arrived an hour and a half late. The bus had little to no air circulation so we were just sitting in a hot steamy mess. It was quite disgusting. I will not be taking any of the busses recompensed by this app again

Bus arrived 2.5 hours late, was over 3 hours late by the time it set off. Service was overbooked and we almost ended up not being able to get on, many people didn’t. Seats double booked. Bus itself was ok

On time. Prompt. Relatively comfortable. Slightly limited room, but otherwise a good overnight option

The guy loading my bag onto the bus stole my stuff whilst I was on the bus. Watch your bag

Everything was perfect, except the bus arrived 15 minutes late and we left 30 minutes late.

Perfection Even if it’s always too cold during the trip and we arrived a bit late. (One hour or so) But considering the traffic it was ok. Very nice staff and comfortable for the price

We didn't travel with Penha, our bus company was changed at the last minute and we were not informed by email or text.

Comfortable seats and it arrived on time. The only bad thing being that the ac above the seats doesn’t work half the time

Bus was v clean and air conned. The driver and bus employees were really kind and attentive. Only point was there was no WiFi as advertised but overall great journey and excellent driving!

There was delay almost 3 hours, we had to switch to the taxi so we will not miss our flight which costed uz another 80 dollars .
