We didn't have the option to choose our seats when we booked, and we were allocated seats near the toilet. The toilet was very smelly at the beginning of the journey, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned at all since the last journey on the previous day. Also it was very cold on the bus despite the temperature outside being a nice 22 degrees.
