Terrible. Refused to let us on our bus. We had to catch a taxi to Tulum instead and pay USD140
This bus is not at the airport and it did not tell me that. I only found out that after I asked where the bus was at the airport and found out that it was in town. What a waste of money. Not the way to start a vacation

I'm indifferent because I did not use my bus ticket. I didn't realize I booked it via the main Cancun bus terminal and not via ADO at CUN. I had to re-book with ADO once I realized it was too costly for a taxi to the Cancun bus terminal
I didn't realise the bus stops at other stations on the way and got out thinking I was where my ticket read. Missed the next part of the journey and had to purchase another ticket to proceed to desired destination. I'd expect to be told about that on purchasing a ticket.
