I was unable to communicate because I don’t speak Spanish. Your company should accommodate people that speak different languages. ( I’m a English speaker)

Boarded one bus on time and several passengers including my wife and i were told we were on wrong bus.Apparently a second bus was put on the same route because of the large number of passengers. So we got off and claimed our luggage and went on the second bus. Both busses were about 30 min late because of the confusion. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the entire trip. Enjoyed the ride.

Everything was fine, the only thing was we had to change the bus on the border and nobody understood why because the drivers only spoke Portuguese, but it was fine after all.
Customers have praised the comfortable seats and overall value of the service, despite some minor delays. The staff was described as kind and helpful. However, there were mentions of arriving slightly later than expected on night rides.

The driver was amazingly nice and helpful tending to our every need along the journey. The toilet however did not have water. Moreover, i was unable to choose my seats as that option was unavailable; since i was travelling with a minor i contacted customer services to pay for a seat exchange and they said it was impossible.
