Didn’t enjoy anything. My seat was next to the toilet. There was a stench all the way throughout

Lisbon to portimão 30 mint arived Portimão to Lisbon bus very poor quilty charger swich not working.

The bus was 30 minutes late, we had to ask lot of drivers where is our bus and when it s coming.. nobody knew.. Also in the car the AC is at 18 degrees ( i think) all the way, 3.5-4 hours... everybody was looking for clothes to put on.

In general was a good trip. The bus interior was clean. Took longer than expected to get to Portimao. About 3 hrs and 45 Mins.

The only one problem that they did not open the wash room for messenger and I noted it that to portimao root it's always like that.

Service ran a little late but it was a smooth ride! It would be good to have a tray table on the seats.

I was impressed that each passenger had their own access to TV, music or Movies. I also appreciated that the bus stopped after 1 1/2 hours for a 25 minute break at the hiway rest stop.

Upside is a cheap and convenient way to travel from Lisbon to Algarve Downside is Driver doesn't speak a word of English, was not very helpful to even try, gave no info on how long bus was stopping at coffee break - just left so you hoped everyone was on!, then gave NO info on speaker that wr would be arriving over 30 minutes late! (We had arranged colelxtion and had to urgently try get hold of Uber driver we booked as was arriv8ng so late at night we pre booked an Uber). Finally they should ask passengers to respect others and NOT speak continuously on their phones at a loud volume or on speaker mode. A pity as a previous other brand bus was much more accommodating then Rede when we used them and Rede could easily offer smae standards as rest of bus is clean and well managed

The bus driver didnt stop to use restrooms, when i inquired for the key to use the bus toilet, the bus driver charged me 1 euro , then i realized there was no toilet paper. Very sad experience.

Good, professional, helpful driver, clean and comfortable coach. Easy to find the correct coach at the station by reading the boards.

Overall the trip was fine didn’t love to see it I was assigned and would’ve liked to have been able to choose my own seat rather than being given a seat that I didn’t choose.

Excellent and quick bus journey, the driver was lovely! Please fix the toilet though or make a pit stop!
