They service on the bus was bad. People allowed their kids to occupy sears even though they did not pay.I bought a ticket for my child but she had to sit on my lap for 5 hours.The driver was unwilling to address the situation.I will not consider Intercape as a option for travel in future

We stopped to load people without tickets in every town and they sat in front of the bus without allocated seats or tickets, so I will never recommend eagleliner or use them again.
