Station address needs updated. The address provided in the email was to a station that was closed and we had to pay additional cost to get to the correct station for pickup. Barely made it in time. The driver was very nice

I had to cancel because projected arrival time in Austin from somewhere south was 6:30 pm at the earliest with the possibility of even later arrival at the terminal. My scheduled departure time was 2:30 pm.

Ended up not taking the bus as I was told it was running 3 plus hours behind and we had to wait. The waiting area was nasty and had a used diaper in it.

Your ticket had the wrong pick-up location on it, so I had to walk for an extra 30mins to the new location, after two distressing phone calls, to try and get them to hold the bus. After I rushed in the blazing sun to get there, the bus was an hour late. Please email me as I would like some compensation for this horrific experience.
