worst experience of my life. this was my first time taking a bus to come home from my university and when the driver told me to get off at a different terminal i asked what she meant because i’ve never taken a bus and didn’t understand what she meant and she rolled her eyes at me and yelled at me to get inside the bus. didn’t get any help. my bus driver was not welcoming had the nastiest attitude for no reason,and from the lack of help i got, i ended up not getting dropped off at my destination because of confusion which i knew was my fault. but STILL was disrespected by the same bus driver told me to get off the bus with a nasty attitude when i was confused of where i was at. didn’t help me whatsoever, and before i even got off my bus my luggage was thrown out of the bus and they left it on the floor of NYC. they didn’t even wait until i got off the bus to grab my things. instead, they left it on the floor. this driver had the worst attitude and she made me feel so uncomfortable and very angry. should be fired. this was my first time taking a bus back home and it was the worst experience. i’ve never felt so disrespected.
