BC Ferries Connector Vancouver Victoria recent customer reviews
We were unable to find the bus stop. We had to find our own way by subway and bus to the ferry. Once at the ferry we found the bus driver and he was helpful and took us to Victoria. Is it possible to get a partial refund as we joined the bus at the ferry? You need better directions to the bus stop. There was so much construction that we could not see the bus stop.

I couldn't find the bus station, no signs, when I asked locals, they didn't know either so I missed my bus, didn't get to the ferry and didn't arrive to Victoria in the right time 😔

My experience was a bit challenging today. I was excited to find an alternative route for transportation to and from Vancouver. I attend Vancouver from Victoria for important medical appointments. Transportation is important to get home faster and more affordable. I purchased my ticket online and headed to Cambie Street and 41st at 2:45. I was to picked up at a Vancouver, Transit Stop at, Cambie Street and 41st Avenue. Upon arriving at Cambie and 41st Avenue, there was no bus stop on the Southwest Corner. Heavy construction was present. I went to different bus stops and asked if anyone knew what the Connector bus is, noone had an idea what I spoke of. I tried calling BC Transit, that was fruitless. I even used my maps and it showed me in the intersection. I had no idea that the bus driver didn't have me booked for pickup on Cambie Street. He drove by me after trying to wave him down, but to no avail. He clarified the situation with his pick up's along the route to Victoria.
