The driver gave no announcements whatsoever about the trip so no one knew when the break would be. He didn’t speak to us about safety or cellphone usage so it was a free for all. Our trip was two hours longer than scheduled due to road construction and he never addressed it. Didn’t even give his name. Worst trip I’ve ever had with this company.

Bus driver was supposed to leave us at YVR airport but he dropped us at pacific central. I had to pay another $35 to reach the airport. I need reimbursement.

The buses are generally clean, comfortable, and punctual. However, some reviews mention occasional delays in departure times or issues with seat comfort due to tight spacing when reclined. Overall communication during travel is appreciated by many users.
