Great journey with very helpful driver BUT directions to pick up point in Vancouver poor- indicated in block letters Waterfront Station but this proved not to be the case. Even the Vancouver Information desk in Canada Place couldn’t tell us where the bus stopped. Luckily a local resident had noticed the ‘Connector’ stopping by a Pizza restaurant and so we found the correct location, but purely by luck.
Passengers consistently commend the service for its punctuality, friendly and professional drivers, and comfortable rides. The buses are noted to be clean and spacious with effective communication from staff enhancing the travel experience. A minor issue mentioned is that some amenities like Wi-Fi may not always function as expected.

My bus driver, driving the 1230pm bus from the Hyatt Regency to Squamish and onto Whistler, stopped a woman from stealing a nis patrons luggage. He chased her down and got the luggage back, it was an amazing effort.
