Bus Tickets from London, CA to Toronto

The bus was twenty plus minutes late. Our arrival at Pearson was almost an hour late when we only had a 40 minute window to make our flight. Not the driver's fault but why have a schedule whe you can't be close to on-time?

In all it was good, but it was not on time, it was supposed to arrive at 12:10am, but it did not it arrived at 12:30

The schedule is unrealistic. During the day it is impossible to get from Western to the bus station to via rail to a petrol station to south Wellington and then to Pearson within the stated journey time when there are huge amount of ongoing roadworks on Wellington. Also there seemed to be an intermittent problem with the front passenger axel/wheel as several times there was obviously a mechanical niggle.

No footrests, too cold AC on full blast entire 3 hours, passengers not being considerate using speaker phone on full blast for whole ride next to me, driver hid in the bus until 2 minutes before departure time making us leave late despite passengers being lined up for 20 minutes, driver made me crawl under the bus to retrieve my bag, but we arrived on time which was the only positive of this uncomfortable and dissatisfying travel experience.

This journey included a break which is not usually the case. I appreciate that flixbus is taking peoples comfort into consideration and adding a break

I received no direct instructions on where to go. Other than in the address of the building which is connected to the subway and via rail so when my uber driver dropped me off at the other end of the building, i had to just find my way through the building. Asking seven different employees for directions and all?I got was oh down the hall to the left i went down five halls and and four lefts before I was finally in the hallway that I needed to be in despite me asking them to just take me there. So I didn't miss my bus. By the time I got there, I was only a few minutes late the bus had already left and I was forced to buy another ticket and was refused a refund on my original ticket i was there twenty minutes early.I spent that entire time trying to navigate the building to find where I was supposed to go completely ridiculous experience, and when I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was refused the ability to speak with a manager and told, sorry we don't take manager calls. It's my right as a customer to speak with a manager.When requested i am extremely disappointed with this experience. I will never be using this bus. System, again, and I will make sure everybody. I know me never use this system again

Very unprofessional way of dealing with things. Never again. My ticket got cancelled.

Bus canceled just a day before mu trip, had to scramble to find alternative transportation.

I enjoyed the bus being on time and the bus ac wasn’t working so it was torture the whole ride

Bis was cancelled at short notice. They haven't got back to me yet about my refund. Really bad service.

The bus was on time, which is good. But the air freshener was too strong. The scent is nauseating, which made the ride very uncomfortable.

Trip was comfortable and on time. The bus said badder bus on it and I booked Megabus so it was a bit confusing as there are other buses that leave from the same location.

It was perfect, few people on the bus, friendly driver, perfectly on time, will 100% use again.

The bus driver was late. He also drove very fast in the passing lane for the majority of the trip. He frequently slamed on the breaks as well.

The bus was 20 minutes late and the pickup location was changed without letting us know in advance. When I complained about these to customer service, he hung up on me!

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

It was completely enjoyable, by FAR the best bus service between London and Toronto. I can't rate it highly enough!

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

The bus did not pick up at the Royal Paan as scheduled and we had to walk to Fanshawe College bus area to catch it in the pouring rain. The bus itself had some type of mechanical problem so could not travel the posted speed limit. The driver drove in the middle lane on the 401 with all the issues and I think he should have been in the far right to not impede traffic. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage etc but he spent way too much time on his phone. That being said I do not know if it was about the bus or if it was it personal calls.
