There was supposed to be a location change to drop off at Kitchener rather than Waterloo, but in the end it did drop us at Waterloo. On the return ticket we only received 1.5 hours notice that the stop had changed to Kitchener.

The booking confirmation email said I would arrive at waterloo but the bus dropped me off in Kitchener, about an hour away from that location. I do not have access to transit system in kitchener and it did cost me a lot to reach waterloo.
