The charging ports weren’t working
There was little or no air ventilation since the air conditioning wasn’t working thus resulting into high temperatures also since it was a day trip

1) They operate on African time, we left Joburg minutes late 2) went to Heidelberg for a+-40 minutes stop 3) I was going to Harrismith for the 1st time, so I don't know the place, driver parks at an Engen garage and leaves the bus no stating where we are and for how long
