I was very disappointed, the driver was sullen and rude and the bus was more than 2 hours late. They did not monitor passengers when disembarking to make sure that the correct luggage was taken. They should not work with people as there was no structure when embarking or disembarking. I will not travel with the bus liner again as I am not used to such treatment.

It arrived slightly late and left a lot later than expected. The arrival at my destination was incredibly late (almost an hour later). My seat couldn't recline back so I slept uncomfortably. And, the passengers behind me were pushing into my chair most of the time. I'm just glad I arrived but that's about it. The standard of this liner is below par. It was my first time using it and it will be my last. I'll stick to Intercape and Citiliner Plus.
