There was a issue with the driver change-over. The time for boarding was 3:50pm, and customers were advised to arrive 15 minutes early for boarding logistics. However, the bus didn't arrive until 3:50 pm exactly. Then we waited a total of 45 minutes to an hour
before we pulled out of the bus terminal.
The staff is super friendly, and the buses are great according to multiple reviews. Mike the driver receives high recommendations for being very nice and helpful to passengers.
