The first route from NYC to Washington was very pleasant with a great driver. During the transfer ride from DC to ATL, there were 3 drivers. The first driver’s route was an unpleasant experience due to his constant braking causing constant neck jerking. The second driver refused to leave the air conditioner on and consistently turned it off for most of the ride causing very humid conditions. The last driver was great and provided a cool and wonderful experience.

Our bus broke down twice which caused an additional 6.5 hours to reach our destination. This is unacceptable.

Very dissatisfied because Greyhound should not have allowed the bus to depart from NYC to Atlanta knowing there was a snow storm that was heading to Atlanta. They suspended the trip in Raleigh.
