Bus Tickets from New York City to Wilmington, DE

The bus was 20 minutes late in a bad part of town, with no notification of a delay. When it arrived, it just stayed there without opening the doors and we weren’t given any explanation while we stood in the sun. When we finally boarded, the seats were very cramped, and why were the phone chargers on the ceiling

Good ride but bathroom smelled bad and the bus needed shock absorber

It left later thank expected and the bus had an unpleasant order.

I missed the Flix Greyhound bus because of incorrect gate information given by Greyhound bus information attendant, upon my very early arrival.I had gate 23 on boarding ticket , was told correct gate was 66 . Waited - wasted 45 mins at gate 66 wrong gate. There was no one in the gate area information booth for help to double check with for bus departures. No bus departure service announcements were made . A service agent appeared and I asked where's my bus to Wilmington Delaware ? He replied "gate 82" .Bus was gone And, I had to pay for another ticket and wait 4 hours for another bus.

My connection bus was canceled. I was stuck in a disgusting bus station with weirdos walking around with my 6 year old at midnight. The representatives are not helpful at all.

Great trip and quickest way to travel to Wilmington. Driver was excellent and helpful.

I traveled several times before with various bus services. OurBus was the best in terms of my overall comfort. As soon as I entered the bus I felt as though it was worth every dollar I spent. I will be making OurBus, MyBus.

Terrible, the bus was over 3 hours late, totally unacceptable
