A lot pf passengers had more than 3 travel bags taken on the bus instead of been stored in the luggage compartment provided. The bus was full to capacity and then space had to be made for this extra luggage. The bus driver was Professional to explain this to the passengers as he was not very happy with all the luggage that was taken on board in Vereeniging.

The bus had no toilet

Horrible customer service, the bus arrived 3 hrs later, there was no update on what was happening. They avoided our calls when we were trying to find out what is going on.

Totally dissatisfied,
An emergency came up from our side and we called the customer care centre numerous times between 10:30 and 11:15 to inform them of our emergency. We were informed that our tickets were forfeited and could not assist us further.
They also informed us to send an email out to customer care and cannot guarantee as when the email will be attended to.
Will not be recommended Citiliner to any friends or colleagues.

I left pietermaritzburg on 16 December 2024,i went with a double deck coach, which I sat on top yet I have disability I had to go sit on top with my crutches it was so difficult to get up there, plus toilet at bottom, then bus took of it started leaking on top deck all passengers were getting wet now coming back on the 10 January 2025,the ride was OK.
NEED TO CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, pay so much for trip but very disappointing
