Buss was supposed to arrive 21h40 but only came 24h00 with NO notification on any platform available.
Wanted to cancel the return ticket but they cleverly only give vouchers. To do what with ?? I don't want to use them again. Couldn't find one phone number to phone and when I phoned the buss service last night there was no answer. So un professional.

I'm not happy about the service. I was sitting ourside at night with no place to hide from a storm. I was soaked wet by the time the bus arrived. The bus seats were too small makes it uncomfortable to seat freely. No toilets inside to releave ourselves.
