My experience was good although the bus was 34 minutes late to pick me up, I am overall happy that the drivers where driving safely and cautiously. And even in the event that one of the passengers was left behind because of not adhering to time the bus went back to go and pick that passenger again. Showing the overall consideration and thoughtfulness of the drivers. The overall on board communication is on point , and the bus is clean and the seats are economical but comfortable.

Bus drivers were friendly, but the bus was late about 40 minutes, inside the bus the is comfort but the bus was so cold and there was no heater to make the bus warm I was literally freezing inside the bus as if I am outside please fix the bus windows cause the cold wind was coming through windows even though they were closed

I had the longest trip of my life a trip that was supposed to last 16 hours it too 27 hours. The driver was smuggling Marijuana and got arrested while the other vanished into a thin air. We were left without a driver. Very disappointed in Greyhound.
