The crew was not so friendly to my wife that I had booked the bus for they demanded some money from my wife after the bus had arrived in Pretoria my wife requested to pay the money via the company’s account but the guy insisted he wanted cash and it was her first time in Pretoria she was told to go to an atm and was asked to leave her bag and passport behind when she got home her power bank was missing I’m very disappointed

Great company, providing great service. Just has a few "bad apples" in employee's in Zim who have trouble understanding that customer is king. The drivers did not take time to introduce themselves to the passengers and never informed us on the travel journey pattern (eg like the places the bus would stop for refreshments and ablution usage. Arrival time was compromised by an hour due to delayed departure. The bus also allows vendors to get on board selling their wares, this puts people's valuables at risk, high risk of being stolen.
