The staff had good customer care, gave us the necessary information for our comfort on the journey. They kept the time for departure and even at arrival, we were ahead of the time as was stated on the ticket. The only challenge was that our bus number 11 had no toilet inside. Even then, the staff stopped at strategic places for our convenience as passengers

Very dishonest service provider. The bus was supposed to leave Bulawayo at 2pm but only left at 3pm. Was schedules to arrive around 330am. We are still have not arrived yet. The drivers are driving too slow. I would NEVER recommend this bus to anyone

The trip from Zim to Midrand was excellent although trips from Sa to Zim tend to be a different story because of the bus crew overcharging for luggage

The toilets from bus 624 were very smelly from the moment we boarded the bus before we even departed, I had to cover my nose with a mask the whole journey which was very uncomfortable. I did however appreciate the efficiency of the drivers in ensuring that we travel safely and swiftly.

worst trip ever the bus had issues and broke down not once but twice, the staff were not friendly and did not communicate clearly, i will not use Intercity ever, i would advise others not to.
