Bus Tickets from Western University to Pearson Toronto Airport

Very good (as always). The driver & staff at the bus station were friendly. The other passengers were quiet & considerate. The bus arrived at my destination ahead of schedule. The only thing was that the internet kept dropping.

On time. Clean. Seats hard for a long trip. But in order. I recommend it. I had plenty of time before my flight so I can’t speak on overall punctuality. But I am very satisfied. Driver was excellent.

The trip was fast and efficient. My bus arrived at the destination EXACTLY on time! I was lucky in that no one came to sit next to me, so I could spread out.

Careless driver, snowy and slippery conditions should prompt more care. He was speeding despite us vocally telling him to slow down.

Was good, but the luggage space was too small and we have to carry the luggage with us inside the bus!

I didn’t enjoy trip , they don’t have enough space to put luggage and bus was conjusted .

Driver didn’t help with bags. There was no checking so I could have not paid for additional bags - poor system. There was much confusion taking repeated attendance and waiting for late passengers. There should be a ban on phone calls and volume of videos, like planes. No wifi code posted or given.

Took longer than stated. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand sanitizer. Please provide sanitizer. Driver was great and accommodating.

The bus was an hour later …. But the weather was bad. Kudos to the driver for driving in those road conditions. It was a long journey but I wouldn’t have driven in that!

It was just horrible the bus was late which to start is already horrible having to wait out in the freezing cold while snowing. Secondly the driver was constantly looking at his phone for directions but continued to take the wrong directions only to arrive at Pearson an hour and a half late making me miss my flight.

I enjoyed the uneventful trip to Toronto. However, my bus was scheduled to leave at 04:10. At 01:45 on the day off (I was sleeping), I was informed that they would be leaving an hour earlier at 03:10 (due to daylight savings change). At 03:35, I received a call informing me that the bus had already left my pick-up spot and that if I wanted to catch the bus, I'd need to make my was to South London. Anyway, all told, my Uber cost was $40 more than it was supposed to be, but I did barely make it to the bus in time. Overall, it was a significant amount of stress and anxiety and a simple demonstration of awful communication and planning on the part of Velocity Bus.

Smooth ride, on time. Third room of the shuttle is a little cramped for a tall guy - but at least I had whole row to myself

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

My bus was delayed and didn’t come to the station at all. I waited there for 3 hours in cold and freezing, wasn’t able to reach customer service and eventually stayed in London

horrible bus was extremely late and we had to go to another stop because it wouldn’t come to the stop it was supposed to go to

The bus was running 45 minutes late, at which point we received an email that is was cancelled and gave a customer support number to call. Would avoid using Megabus in the future as it seems extremely unreliable.

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The bus was almost 2 hours late and they made me randomly get off the bus and take another rider bus which was very confusing and seemed unnecessary

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.
