We understand that Avanza must have subcontracted other company's buses to cover the extra demand caused by the loss of a train option, but to charge the same fare for a substantially inferior bus was a disgrace. While we watched one group drive off in an Avanza bus with comfortable seats and personal entertainment screens, we were jammed onto what was little better than a glorified school bus for 5 hours.
