Drop off point said Esso @ Wellington & Exeter in London, but driver merely pulled over to side of road on Wellington St. leaving us with luggage including golf clubs to lug elsewhere. Not what we expected.

Every time I have taken this bus line, they have been minimum 30 minutes late. This is not normally an issue, as I have grown to accept it. However, when I am under the assumption I will be taking a "Bus" home and a mini-van that is covered in dust and smells like the inside of a dumpster shows up I get quite frustrated. I believe that advertising the service correctly should be required, and misleading the consumer that they are taking a "bus" when in reality it is either a Sprinter Shuttle or a mini-van is highly unethical. Not only that, but then when I finally arrive in my home city, having to switch from one cramped vehicle to another just to get to where I paid to go is exceptionally frustrating.

I did not see any value as I tried to call when the bus was late there was no answer and I was not able to see what my options are and if there were any other buses coming to switch the ticket
Many users appreciated the friendly and helpful drivers, noting that their experiences were generally positive with clean and comfortable buses. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as unclear signage at airports for bus pick-up locations and occasional delays due to weather or other factors. Additionally, a few comments highlighted maintenance concerns like vibrations from faulty tires or poorly maintained seats. Overall, while there are areas for improvement in logistics and vehicle upkeep, many travelers still found the service satisfactory.
ONEXBUS Toronto London recent customer reviews
This was a very unpleasant trip. Our bus was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. I arrived early at the station to wait, but 40 minutes before departure, we received a phone call informing us that the bus was cancelled. We were told to make our own way to Pearson Airport to catch the 12:10 p.m. bus.
We are both over 70 years old, each carrying a rather heavy piece of luggage. Having to take the Union Station SkyTrain to Pearson Airport caused us great inconvenience. Up to now, the tickets we bought from Union Station to the airport have not been refunded, which makes us feel very disappointed.
We will never take this company’s (Onexbus) service again.

Bus was very comfortable and staff helpful. Great value for the price!
Had difficult time finding bus at Pearson. Our instructions just said terminal 1. Had to ask several airport staff to get to the correct pick up spot.
We were 40 minutes late due to traffic on the 401. For buses leaving the GTA at rush hour company should be more realistic about the time it takes to get to London.

We arrived 20 minutes late, with no explanation and no traffic delays, which makes me think their scheduling was incorrect in the first place. I had to remind the driver, who was getting ready to close the door and pull away, that I had luggage that he needed to let me get out. Drop off spot was very weird (on the side of a busy street even though all the other buses use a drop off very nearby).
Customers have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting punctuality and friendly drivers. The buses are often described as clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. However, some users noted the absence of charging outlets despite being advertised and occasional delays in departure or arrival times without prior notice.

Your bus was delayed for 2 hours. No notices or anything. It actually said departed on the board! Major hassle for everyone waiting

The seats were much smaller than the ONEX bus, the driver wouldn't even talk to us when we asked a question, and the bus smelled.

My bus driver was very kind and patient, he treated everyone with respect and curtesy. The bus was wonderful and the drive was very smooth, comfortable, and fast! Well worth the price compared to any other bus line I’ve rode on.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Passengers have shared positive experiences with friendly and helpful drivers, highlighting the relaxing and comfortable rides. However, some reviews mention that buses occasionally arrive late, lack promised amenities like electricity, and could benefit from clearer communication regarding service details. Despite these concerns, many users appreciated the courteous staff and smooth journeys.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience.
I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.
Customers appreciate the simple check-in process and comfortable seats. However, there are consistent complaints about the bus being late for pick-up and arriving in London 1.5 hours behind schedule. Some suggest finding less congested routes to avoid delays. Additionally, some passengers mention a lack of outlets on the bus as an inconvenience during their journey. On a separate note, other customers report that despite affordable fares and quick travel times, they experienced noisy conditions with unpleasant odors from onboard toilets."

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip.
Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive.
At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.
Based on 11 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the seats and the temperature but often complained with the timeliness. Union Pearson Express ticket prices on this trip start at US$46
Users have shared overwhelmingly positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting punctuality and courteous drivers who often go above and beyond to assist passengers. They almost left me behind after I had told them that exact location I was at 44 York St. location. It has set for me to go to and on top of that. He was swerving on the highway. Made me feel very uncomfortable and very scared as if he was going to crash! Definitely not what I paid $132 for! I want to feel safe!! Also not helpful that I thought it was going to be a five not an SUV!!

The driver was a nice guy, but the bus was a rattle trap, not very clean, and not well air conditioned. The trip itself was not great. It was advertised as 'express 1.5h' and we didn't arrive in London until 6pm (2.5h). This was a bit of a traffic issue, but also we stopped halfway to pick someone up in Kitchener and lost at least 0.5h. The driver was looking at his phone a lot, and near the end of the trip (last 20 minutes) I thought he was going to fall asleep, making us feel uncomfortable on the busy highway. In the end, we did arrive safely.
Users consistently highlight the punctuality and cleanliness of this bus service. They also commend the drivers for their diligence, respectfulness, and safe driving practices. Overall, travelers describe their experiences as excellent and highly recommend this service to others seeking reliable transportation.
