The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver waa also friendly however the ladies working for Eagle Liner were very unprofessional. They checked our tickets while sitting in the bus and also mixed people who were supposed to leave at 9am and 10am together and people who were supposedly yo be in the bus were 9am ,that alone caused confusion and it was incompetent of them .

To start with, the bus was supposed to keave at 09h00 but only left at 09h20. We left from Durban station and before we got to Marian hill the bus driver phoned the office and requested a mechanic to look at the bus because it seemed to be stuck in 4th gear. We struggled on to Pietermaritzburg where the mechanic tried to fix the bus. After about 20 minutes they realized that they could not fix the bus and requested another bus to continue the journey. The replacement bus arrived about 80 minutes later. By that time I had already nade other arrangements.
