The trip to Lisbon was great but the trip to Santa Maria da Feira was terrible. The driver was driving very recklessly, straddling lanes and seemed as if he was tired and fighting fatigue. Then when we arrived in Santa Maria da Feira we took a bit longer to get off the bus as there was a lady that had dropped her things right by where we were sitting so we had to wait for her to get her things so we could get past. The bus driver had locked the cabin with our luggage so we asked him if he could open for us to get our bags and he said to us that we should have been off the bus long ago and was very rude about the whole thing. A scary and rude experience for our family.
