ADO Palenque Cancún recent customer reviews

The seats were comfortable and the bus was on time, however the journey took nearly 17 hours instead of 14. The toilet got blocked a few hours into the trip and this was not fixed, so no toilet, only 1 stop the entire journey to use an alternative toilet and the smell on the bus was so bad we had to cover our faces for over 10 hours - this badly affected all passengers
