Bus was late. Was made to stand in line outside to board the bus with the lineup in the direct path of the exhaust pipe of the bus which was running, so exhaust was blowing in my face for 10 minutes before boarding. Immediately upon boarding I was freezing cold. The AC was blowing freezing cold air. When I asked for it to be adjusted, the driver appeared to turn a dial on the dash, but it made absolutely zero difference. I was freezing cold the entire trip, literally shivering. There was also radio playing out loud through a speaker over my head that I couldn’t adjust that played the whole ride, including commercials…The bus smelled like exhaust and portable toilet fluid. I arrived safely at my destination, but half an hour late. It could have been worse, but it was generally quite unpleasant. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

We sat on the top deck and it was very bumpy, by the end of the four hour ride both me and my husband were extremely queasy.
We don't know If this was because the top deck is bumpier in general or that there was an issue with the bus itself.
