During the travel from Toronto to Ottawa, there was a stop at 10 acres store at Belleville. The store charged me 16.59 CAD for a pack of cigarettes. According to Ontario's law, the maximum charge can be 12Cad. Charging nearly 5cad extra on a single product is really absurd. Don't know how much commission Greyhound receives from such a hideous act. I will make sure I will never be traveling with Greyhound again which I feel takes wrong advantage of the commuters.

we wait arpun 2 hours in ottawa instead of 15 min , it was so tiring especially at 3 am , i was with my mom who is very old , she gets tired

I’ve only given 3 stars for the staff because on one part of the journey I had a guy that was quite rude I thought and just not attentive to his passengers but then on from Toronto to Ottawa I had a lovely lady who was so kind and answered all my questions
