Hi, we really looked forward to our trip. We understood the bus would have a toilet onboard from our booking confirmation. We note the bus from Coimbra to Aveiro did, however it was unnecessary for the 1 hr trip. The lady driver was great. Very efficient and friendly. The bus Aveiro to Madrid did NOT have a toilet onboard, meaning several stops were needed. In our view, time wasted.
We were very hot 🥵 from Ávila to Madrid as it seemed the aircon in the bus was not working. We are tourists from Australia, and could not understand any instructions or questions, so perhaps the basics could be given in English also.
Overall we enjoyed the trip and experience.
