The bus was late. The pick up location in Brockville had no covering and it was raining, and the bus driver it seems wasn't aware that he was picking up in Brockville. Got the impression he would have driven pass the pickup location if I wasn't standing out in the rain. There was no telephone number to call to find out about the bus arrival time.

I have to submit a formal complaint, and seek a refund. My bus ticket was for 11:30 yesterday. Approaching the bus stand at 11:15, I noticed a bus leaving. It was surely not my bus, leaving 15 minutes early, and without me! So I sat and waited for the following hour and a half for my bus to come. It did not. So, in the end I had to conclude that my bus had indeed left 15 minutes early, without me, and my plans for the weekend were completely ruined. Surely MapleBus has a passenger list, knows that I am travelling from Brockville to Toronto, and should wait until 11:30. Insane. Or perhaps my bus didn't come at all, as the bus leaving at 11:15 was a 'Mega Bus'. Please let me know how to follow up for a complete refund. Thank you.
