Terrible. My bus broke down, no announcements were made, my connecting bus was late buy over 2 hours and I have to buy a train ticket to Niagara just to cross the border into Canada - to then take a bus and train into Toronto. It was a nightmare.

Next bus comes and had to wait an additional 2 hours for everyone to finish their entry requirement checks and take rapid tests. Bus was delayed by more than 3 hours and OurBus didn’t offer any kind of compensation or apologize. Terrible service
