Bus Tickets from San Sebastian to Bordeaux

The driver took good care of us and our luggage, which we really appreciated. However, the seating arrangement seemed to be an issue. Even though there were enough seats for everyone, it created unnecessary concern about where people were sitting. This was the only drawback in an otherwise pleasant trip

The journey was great. The driver was friendly and helpful. The toilet was very very smelly for the whole journey

All good on replacement bus m 2 1/2 hrs later- after earlier bus was cancelled with 25 hrs notice. Fortunately it did not mean cancelling other trips etc/but it did take up extra time and stress/that was not great.

Passengers with long travel time should not be seated on the last road of the bus. It's very uncomfortable being seated between people on both sides and people which lack on hygiene.

it supposed to have two passengers on board from san sebastian to Bordeaux. But only me who get on the bus. The driver waited for 5 mins for the other person. The wifi was so Amazing. Arrived 15 mins late because of jam. Overall I love it. The driver is so friendly and speak English.

Clean bus and on time

The taller driver was really helpful in loading the bags and getting us on the way. The shorter driver drove the rest of the way and was too jolty - slammed the brakes on a lot. Also they didn’t seem to care that other passengers didn’t stick to the assigned seating which made it very difficult to find a seat and myself and my two friends had to be separated all over the bus. The aircon also stayed off which made the bus way too hot and humid and smelly. Absolutely not a good experience.
